At CaaStle, we are revolutionizing the fashion industry by pioneering the “Clothing as a Service” (CaaS) model—transforming the way consumers access apparel. Our platform powers a shared economy experience that complements traditional ownership, giving consumers access to clothing through a fully-managed, cloud-based service. We provide the end-to-end technology, operations, reverse logistics, and data infrastructure that enable leading retail brands—as well as our own Gwynnie Bee brand—to seamlessly deliver this innovative model. As part of the global people team powering this new apparel economy, I currently lead the end-to-end Talent Acquisition charter for Engineering, Data Engineering, Analytics, Product Management, IT, CP&G, Customer Service, and Lead Generation teams across our business units, as well as Corporate Functions such as HR, Finance, PMO, and Legal. I drive both campus and lateral hiring, across intern, entry-level, and leadership roles. With a strong track record in building high-performing teams, managing vendor partnerships, and continuously optimizing recruitment processes, I actively lead multiple global Talent Acquisition projects. I also partner closely with US TA leaders to design and implement scalable, unified hiring processes that support our global growth.

Individual Contributor Role Internal Hiring: Led internal recruitment and stakeholder engagement to enhance hiring efficiency. Successfully built teams from scratch for Horizon Hobby (e-commerce), Infoplum (sports domain), and Voyage. Client Hiring - Served as the SPOC for an Investment Banking Client (contract model), reporting to the Head of Recruitment. Led a team of 4 while managing end-to-end hiring, client interactions, and requirement analysis. Scaled the headcount from 11 to 50, making it a top revenue-generating account. International Hiring: Managed recruitment for UK & Switzerland. Hired multilingual candidates (French, Italian, German, and English). Diverse Client Portfolio: Recruited for major clients (Investment Banks, E-commerce, Startup's)
