I was responsible for hiring for Digital Protection Group (DPG) the cyber security function, Architecture and Technology Risk.

I was managing end to end recruitment and strategy for Group Information Security and Control & Command Center. Successfully hired niche skills and set up teams including the respective heads in Group Information Security which includes Internal IT auditors, Information Security Officers, VAPT, Cyber crime professionals, Monitoring & Response, Forensics experts, Threat Intelligence, Identity & Access Management etc.

I was managing staffing and recruitment in IT Infrastructure space for various clients of Optimum Solutions including leading investment banks, automotive, manufacturing and telecom domain. Handled recruitment process for South Asia including Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, Vietnam, Hongkong, Philippines and Japan, I was involved in hiring bilingual recruitment including candidates who could speak Mandarin, Vietnamese, Japanese, Korean, Spanish, Portuguese or French.

I was responsible for managing end to end recruitment for the KPO function of Credit Suisse India - Pune COE. Successfully hired and set up teams in KPO such as Prime Services - Middle Office, Prime Brokerage, Derivatives, Equity Research, hedge fund analysts, Legal and Compliance, Risk Management, Financial Accounting (includes Auditors, Legal Entity Controllers and Product Controllers. Set up teams in Proprietary Trading, Quantitative Analysts and Statistical modellers.
