• Design and detailed engineering of internal plumbing and sanitary system for buildings, External water supply distribution system, Sewage disposal system, Water Treatment Plants, Sewage Treatment Plants, Storm water disposal system, Rain Water Harvesting and Solid waste management for various types of High rise buildings, Software parks, Commercial complexes, Industrial projects. • Fire drawings for High rise buildings, Software parks, Commercial complexes, Industrial projects. Preparing detailed drawings with respect to Architects design. Research and draft blueprints, engineering plans, and graphics. Develop test prototypes. Responsible for the specification compliance of designs • Testing of all installations such as supply, drainage piping, fitting and fixtures, wiring, switches, panels, heating, venting, air conditioning etc. Checking of all incoming materials and ensuring third party testing as per the Quality Plan. Responsible for preparing and presenting mechanical designs at design reviews • Proactively identifying problems in design, specification, drawings, execution etc. and highlight to Project Manager on a regular basis to ensure leak proof systems. Setting quality procedures for MEP works, checklists to ensure zero non-conformance, defects post commissioning of systems. • Planning, organizing and managing MEP activities by proper resource planning and allocation to ensure adherence to set milestones in the approved Master Schedule. Conducting Technical training to workmen and vendors for skill and knowledge enhancement to deliver as per the requirements. • Performed pump testing at all facility locations. Calculated, checked and submitted all contractor and subcontractor bills. Conducted pipe and other plumbing material inspections. • Installed and tested water and sewage lines for residences and commercial buildings. Evaluated Water Supply and Drainage Systems of constructed buildings.
