Objective of maximising value creation through synergy buying for all locations. Creating a robust supply base for growth phase of Tata steel . Ensuring bottlenecking of any supply chain risks . Reducing spend by deployment of cost models and identifying suitable contracting levers .

Handled end-to-end procurement and imports of key fluxes: Limestone, Dolomite, Pyroxenite. Developed and executed global category strategies across Tata Steel entities. Conducted supplier due diligence and compliance to international trade laws. Facilitated consolidated procurement across geographies, optimizing cost and log.
