I have an MBA in HR and Marketing from DSI, a Talent Management certification from XLRI Jamshedpur, and a HR as a Business Partner certification from LinkedIn.In my current role, I partner with business leaders and hiring managers to understand their talent needs and deliver high-quality candidates across various domains and geographies. I leverage CRM tools and data-driven insights to create a positive and inclusive candidate experience, and build long-term relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
