Oversee a distributed team of 25+ IT professionals (L1/L2/L3) across Hong Kong (China), India, and Japan, providing comprehensive support for global market activities. Lead the technical and functional support for all asset classes, excluding commodities, encompassing pre-trade, trade, and post-trade processes, including settlement, reporting, risk management, and position management. Proactively manage incident resolution, change management, and the remediation of obsolescence and vulnerability issues. Regularly engage in audit reviews with regulatory bodies such as SFC, HKMA, MAS, ECB, and internal audit. Collaborate closely with Head Office (France) on incident reviews and production improvement initiatives.

Manage and develop a global team exceeding 25 individuals across Hong Kong (China), India, and Japan, responsible for L1, L2, and L3 IT support for global market operations. This role is central to supporting all global market activities for all asset classes except commodities. Responsibilities include providing robust technical and functional support for the entire trade lifecycle, from pre-trade analysis and execution to post-trade settlement, comprehensive reporting, and sophisticated risk and position management. Key responsibilities include: Incident Management & Remediation: Leading the identification, resolution, and root cause analysis of incidents. Change Management: Overseeing and implementing changes to production environments. Obsolescence & Vulnerability Management: Driving processes for the remediation of outdated systems and security vulnerabilities. Regulatory Compliance & Audit: Actively participating in and preparing for audit reviews with key regulatory bodies including SFC, HKMA, MAS, and internal audit. Global Collaboration: Liaising with Head Office in France to review critical incidents and drive production enhancement projects.
