About
I didn't want to be on LinkedIn but here we are...In 2018, I decided to record myself in my bedroom. I thought it was going to be easy, it wasn't.My only purpose for these videos was to be able to look back at them in 15 years to see where I started and my growth throughout that time. The first video I made was awful. I hated it. But after that first video, I was hooked. I committed myself to create 1000s of videos that year to get comfortable in front of and behind the camera.I would document my life, testing new business ideas and ventures, until something stuck.Long story short, I launched my first company, BLNK Slate Media in the Fall of 2018 centered around video production and it grew quickly, landing fortune 500 clients within the first 3 months of being in business. There were a lot of pivots from 2017-2023:➡ Tried to build an investment/crypto company in 2017➡ Launched my e-commerce store that failed in August 2018➡ Founded BLNK Slate in October 2018 ➡ Traveled the country filming for BLNK Slate from 2018-2020➡ COVID happened and I pivoted from filming to remote video editing in March 2020➡ I Sold BLNK Slate Media in 2022 when I was 22 years old➡ Started building Honey Wax with my brother in 2022➡ Joined forces with Jordan Stupar and am currently his CMO

CMO
Milwaukee, WI
I install revenue systems in companies. That's what we do at Stupar Enterprises. My job? Make sure every piece of marketing we create drives real results. Not vanity metrics. Not engagement theater. Revenue. Deals closed. Money made. I work with Jordan Stupar to scale Stupar Enterprises—a company obsessed with one thing: helping businesses and individuals install the sales systems that actually work. We've built a portfolio of products (CashCards, Sales Academy, training events) that have generated millions in revenue for our clients and community. As CMO, I own the strategy behind everything: positioning, messaging, content, paid campaigns, funnels, and brand voice. I'm responsible for making sure our marketing reflects what we actually deliver—no fluff, no motivation-speak, just proven systems that produce results. My approach is simple: understand the mechanism (how it works), identify the proof (what results it creates), and communicate it in a way that makes people feel compelled to act. Every campaign is built around financial consequences and opportunity cost. Every piece of content is designed to stop scrolling and drive engagement. I believe in bold, direct communication. In specific numbers over vague claims. In authentic storytelling over polished corporate speak. In results over everything else. If you're building something that actually works and you want marketing that reflects that reality, let's talk.

Ball Park Manager
I was promoted to manager of the Ball Parks my first season working as soon as I turned 18. Being the manager, you are in charge of 5-7 people at a time, spread out across the facility. Your job is to make sure everything is running smoothly, the employees are doing their jobs and working hard, dealing with any problems that arise, and counting the drawers at the end of the night to do nightly money counts. Entry level accounting work is also done in the money counting progress. I left this job to pursue my entrepreneurial journey full time.

Snow Park Manager
I was the Snow Park manager for two years at The Rock. I was in charge of making sure the snow park was in great condition and was in charge of 2-3 people at a time. During the winter of 17'-18', I was there every day from the start of December to March with 2 days off for a family trip, while being in high school. I was there 45-60 hours per week on top of school and track.

Snow Park Crew
Each winter, I would work at The Rock Sports Complex Snow Parks and build/design the snowboard park. I was in charge of keeping up with all the jumps and rails to make sure they're in prime conditions. When we would change around the park and add new features, we would stay after they were closed, sometimes to 3-4am (when I was of age) to finish the park the next morning. This taught me the value of doing things right and spending time working on something to enjoy it at a later date.

Pizza Cook
This was my first job as a pizza cook and deliverer at DiMaggio's pizza at The Rock Sports Complex. I mainly cooked pizzas but also delivered them around the ballparks. Even though this doesn't seem like much, it has helped me, in the long run, manage my time and build a work ethic at a young age.
