Receives, researches, and answers customer questions regarding accounts, products, rates and services offered, via telephone, E-mail, or in person Engages with both counter customers and phone customers to fully identify needs, respond to inquiries or questions, and offer timely solutions Processes orders, quotes prices, enters orders into the system and provides order information to customers. Pull orders as required Communicates product features, benefits, and warranty policy information to customers Demonstrates knowledge of products and their applications (provides technical advice, troubleshoots, and helps resolve customers' problems) Upsells by identifying related products, add-on extensions and making customers aware of product promotions Ensures merchandise displays are stocked and clean Warehouse backup as needed

Warehouse Receiving Lead Unload all inbound freight Quality control of all items delivered against bill of lading and packing slip Receive products into Oracle system Report any discrepancies to purchasing agent File all claims on damaged and/or missing products Pull all allocations for orders placed File all receiving documentation and keep in an orderly fashion Provide relief for shipper during lunches, vacations, and sick time Provide backup for warehouse as needed Will Call Lead Ensured all will call orders are pulled and ready to go in a timely manner, pulling orders, load checking, and printing delivery documents Called customers to notify them of product that is waiting to be picked up Set up/opened will call on a daily basis and closed will call down when necessary

Overseeing warehouse operations while leading up to 5 other employees. Inventory control including stock rotation, labeling product with proper Use By Date format, Cycle counts, and Physical Inventories. Work closely with store purchasing agent to make sure proper stock levels are kept. Route company vehicles for deliveries and will calls. Shipping orders/transfers via Truck deliveries, common carriers, ups, will calls, and RTV material. Receiving inventory including special items not normally stocked. Work with Oracle and My Logistics software. Proficient in Microsoft word, excel, and powerpoint.

• Travel to customers home for event (all over Northern California) • Set up blow up movie screen (sizes range from 12’ – 40’) • Set up audio and projector for movie event • Additional set ups include Xbox, Playstation, and Cable / Satellite hook-ups (live events) • Pop and serve popcorn during event (clean popcorn machine at the end of the night) • Pack up and travel back to storage to return equipment

• Releasing and uploading of orders to and from driver handheld devices • Programming specific data entry • Printing and reading nightly reports • Managing a team of 10-15 people to make sure all orders are picked and loaded on time • Performing all closing procedures as needed • Unloading product from 53’ trailers • Checking manifests/BOLs for accuracy • Rotation of pallets • Reporting low stock levels • Picking product from a pick line • Loading trucks route trucks • Moving route trucks to and from the dock
