I am a biomedical engineer specializing in biomechanics, currently working as Customer Experience Engineer at Proteso. My mission is to make industrial exoskeletons like MOVI a real part of workers’ daily life: ensuring adoption, guiding training, and supporting customers throughout their journey. At Proteso, I not only drive adoption and customer success but also contribute to the commercial growth of MOVI by building strong, trust-based relationships with companies. Every interaction in the field, from feedback sessions to real-world testing, helps us refine the product and generate tangible value for users. My background in exoskeleton research and adoption projects taught me that success in human-centered technology requires more than delivering innovation: it requires people to embrace it. Looking ahead, I aim to grow in positions where I can combine customer success, product strategy, and business impact, contributing to the company’s growth and long-term vision.
