As the Chairman of the Association of Restaurant Managers (現代管理飲食專業協會), I am proud to share our journey since our establishment in 1986. We have been dedicated to serving management professionals in the food and beverage industry by establishing a platform that fosters the exchange of ever-evolving professional knowledge and technical skills. 🌍 In Hong Kong, this international metropolis, our culinary culture is continuously transforming, becoming increasingly diverse by integrating traditional Chinese food culture with Asian and Western culinary influences. Our association aspires to improve the industry's professional knowledge and technical standards, ensuring that Hong Kong's food and beverage sector is internationally recognized as a gastronomic capital. 🏅 We aim to preserve and promote the rich tapestry of Chinese culinary heritage while also innovating and creating novel culinary experiences. To achieve this goal, we continuously organize events, engage in, and promote various training programs. Mission: Hong Kong's strategic role in domestic and international circulation is crucial for national development, especially within the Greater Bay Area. The HKSCA focuses on leveraging "Made in Hong Kong" while embracing Industry 4.0 and digital transformation to improve productivity, food safety, and environmental sustainability.
