In my current role, I work with multi-national partners on complex automation projects. I play an integral role in project teams to manage dynamic business challenges. My background is in Military Logistics and Leadership. My primary role was to provide sustainment support to U.S. and NATO missions and training operations throughout Europe. The problem sets I was routinely faced with required tactical, logistical, professional, and political critical thinking. Learning how to train, develop, and lead a team in the most physically and mentally demanding conditions has refined my aptitude for resiliency, adaptability, and resourcefulness.
