Assist with teaching proper running mechanics, teaching proper body angles, proper foot strike, stretches, dynamic movements and one on one specifc training( mainly with football and hockey based athletes for this). This type of training is for all athletes who wish to gain an edge in their training experience and also wish to gain new knowledge about speed and agility work.

NX trains all walks of life ELITE Athletes to General public doesn't matter, if someone is willing to put in the time so is NX.
