• Update and maintain all MRP planning parameters within the ERP system • Calculate EBO’s , re-order levels and safety Stocks • Update and maintain Routing master (routing codes ,shift calendars ,rates) • Capacity Planning (CRP) • Assist with the preparation of the Supply Review Pack(IBP) • Prepare Weekly Sales & Operation Meeting presentation. • Formulate detail plans for the Converting plants :Pretoria , Bellville ,AGP , MTC • Formulate detail plans for the Paper Mills: PM1,PM3,PM4 • Procurement of all MRP items (ancillaries ,Finished Goods) • Creates supply forecast and schedules • Manage change to bill of materials • Report and monitor performance to plans

● Lead the Demand Forecasting process across a 24 month horizon for selected accounts within a nominated Trade Channel to Provide an accurate volume and value demand plan, based on – Statistical base demand – Promotional uplifts – Sales & Marketing Intelligence – NPI forecasts ● Assist in building the demand forecast in coordination with Commercial; challenge their inputs based on historical trends and underlying assumptions ● Work with Sales & Marketing teams to maintain promotional calendar and new product launch pipeline to ensure that commercial plans are fully integrated into the forecast ● Align the short-term forecast based on inputs from Collaboration Planners regarding the in-store activation of key commercial initiatives ● Identify root causes of forecast accuracy issues and correct ● Investigate account, promotion, SKU performance monthly and manage with stakeholders ● Work effectively with managers (to Controller level) in the Commercial and Supply organisations and the area Logistics, Distribution, and Customer Service teams ● Liaise with central supply chain and commercial category organisations concerning NPI forecasts ● Work effectively with the central teams in Supply Planning, External Supply, Procurement, Finance, IT, QA ● Collecting and capturing of data in the different forecast tools for analysis ● Ensure data integrity in all forecasting files & systems ● Assist with Item Master maintenance & creation ● Assist with Forecast queries & requests ● Create and maintain training manuals & SOP’s

PRODUCTION PLANNING ● Keep the business informed about Production status, stock availability and timing. ● Report critical stock items, when they will be in stock, and production and material issues ● Work with production Planners on SKU prioritization and Inventory management ● Maintain and review SAP Planning Master data and BOM’s ● Running Material MRP and managing slow moving material to review MOQ ● Run material Audit to identify redundant and obsolete material for write off NEW PRODUCT LAUNCH ● Facilitate New Product Launch and ordering new materials required for the New Products ● Work with Technical and manufacturing to plan trial runs and product aging to meet launch date ● Work with Production planners for full scale production after the Launch to build up Launch stock ● Manage Product discontinuation to trim materials and minimize obsolete materials. FTG (Funding The Growth) ● Work with all SC to identify project that can generate savings without impacting business negatively ● Manage project viability, status and implementation date, communication obstacles to seek solution ● Manage project data base, record and report monthly savings vs projected

● Planning of Raw Material and packing materials ● Management of full cycle of material and Purchasing ● Managing Promotion material timelines and quantities, and flagging Disc delays on artwork changes ● Facilitate Co-Packing in terms Food and Packing material supply ● Build effective Supplier Partnership and monitoring supplier Performance ● Managing working capital on raw Material, stock rotation and guard against obsolescence and possible write off.

● Firm process orders and run MRP ● Placing Contract and Purchase orders for Raw and packing material for the plant and co-packer ● Placing Purchase orders for indirect and sundries material ● Manage stock holding and reduce working capital on raw and packing material ● liaising with quality on rejected material and returning to supplier and arranging credit or replacement ●Manage Supplier Performance ● Manage Purchasing policy Compliance, and training new purchase requesters and approvers on SAP ● Purchasing system Maintenance. ● Maintain SAP system parameters and Master data for Procure to Pay ● Train SAP end users on P2P Roles and resolve issues encounters with system

● Calculate required Monthly and weekly stocks using forecast and national stock cover ● Execute product planning, and Split between product to be packed and that, that is to be send to the co-packer ● Scheduling Packaging machines, in order of product priority and labour availability ● Opening and closing of Process and Shop orders, and calculating Master Schedule Attainment ● Attending Daily and Weekly operations Review meeting ● Give Feed back to Marketing and Management. ● Placing Purchase orders for Raw and packing material for the plant and co-packer

● Processing of wages and payment of Pension fund and all wages related contributions. ● Monitor Employee loan account ● Payment of C.O.D. and once time vendors ● GL postings and reconciliation ● Petty cash and cash book control and reconciliation

● Credit checks on new customers ● Opening new debtors account and granting credit limits ● Reducing debtor’s days and account reconciliation ● Issuing of final notices and handing over Bad debtors

● Reconciling Inventory Accounts, monitoring and investigating loses and implementing corrective measures. ● Managing accounts Payable, Ledger and Cashbook Posting ● Checking of Correct Wage Postings and allocation ● Monitoring of the Monthly Stocktaking ● General Supervision of Accounts and Inventory Staff
