For more than 20 years, Sam has advised multinational companies across Europe, Asia and North America on how to harness the workplace as a driver of performance, culture and growth. His work spans sectors including financial services, technology, FMCG, biopharma and engineering.Sam created and authored the Destination 2.0 framework to bring structure and clarity to workplace strategy. Following the completion of his Part 2 of Architectural education, Sam joined KPF in London's Covent Garden district. He worked on Amsterdam Zuidas scheme (£60 m) which was a winning competition entry. Following completion of early stages of the masterplan, the team worked with Dutch developers OVG to design Edge building for Deloitte which is well known as one of the smartest workplaces in the world. Following this, Sam worked with a large KPF team on the Abu Dhabi International Airport project (£4.5 b). One of the most advanced projects at the time of design, ADIA team deployed best in class parametric modelling tools to deliver a solution that achieves high UX and environmental scoring. From 2025 onwards, all passengers landing in Abu Dhabi will be able to relish the unique experiences within the large mid-field terminal complex.
