Translating insights into execution procedures for a completely new venture expanding in 37 countries!

During my internship as a Product Strategy Intern at LG Electronics India Ltd, I contributed to the growth roadmap for the refrigerator category by benchmarking LG’s ₹5,765 Cr FY24 revenue and 27% appliance share to define six key strategic levers. I analyzed India’s ₹24,000 Cr refrigerator market to identify five demand clusters and prioritized eight innovation hypotheses across rural and premium segments. I designed a rural-first GTM strategy leveraging 85% localized sourcing and Bajaj Finserv’s 1.5L+ retail network, optimizing CAC under ₹1,200 across 50,000+ mapped villages. Additionally, I built a real-time KPI dashboard to track 10+ metrics, which improved rollout pace by 20% and aligned pricing architecture to enable a targeted 12% YoY revenue growth.

I will be conducting comprehensive research and analysis of advertising strategies and revenue generation models employed by leading companies in the digital advertising sector. By assessing the performance and efficiency of various digital advertising products and pricing structures, I aim to develop strategic recommendations that will drive growth and innovation for Expedia. Additionally, I will be responsible for presenting my research findings and strategic insights to the strategy team at Expedia Media Group Solutions. My goal is to ensure that these presentations are clear, concise, and impactful, enabling the team to make informed decisions and implement effective strategies.
