Majorly working on the shop floor and stock room when needed for, providing the best of the services to the customer, being an affordable luxury brand Dune's main aim is customer satisfaction and creating a healthy work environment for employees.

Ensuring before the arrival of students the halls of residences are ready. At the time of arrival getting the check in's done and assisting students with whatever help is required for them to settle in the new place.

Encouraging final year students to take up the surveys for further research and feedbacks held by National student Survey in association with IPSOS Mori. My role was for an ambassador and to inform the students why and what it is about.

Working in teams, handling the stock and making multiple sales at a time was a task which gave me a faster pace to work and manage myself in the workplace. Customer relations and maintaining the services with standards was quite challenging but gave a lot of experience.

Worked as an ambassador, the key role was to manage all the new students who had enrolled in the university and making their initial weeks smoother and easier to help them settle down. Mostly worked in with the ID check team.

Working with one of the most renowned brand in hospitality. Front of the house is my job to handle and serve the people with the best services and co-ordinating with the team is the main task whihc requires a lot of attention and dedication.

My role included serving the customers and provide them with the best possible services and comfort. Working at the till and with the management to make the lounge run more smoothly.

Start up built with a colleague of mine back in India, we operate online. There is brand under The Ambassador's Enterprises by the name of Kainchee. It deals in grooming products for men and women and we operate online fully all over India, working on it to make it international soon.

It is a firm based in New Delhi, India dealing in granites and composite marbles. I was appointed as a salesperson in the beginning and after evaluating my work and my communication skills with smaller clients i was placed as an Assistant marketing manager. Relevant hikes in sales were shown in the first 6 months. Visiting the construction sites and arranging the meetings with the groups were a part of my job and maintaining customer relationships was also a role i played.
