Responsible for preparing Mixing Solutions quotations to meet the mechanical and process requirements of customer specifications and working closely with the outside sales team executing company selling strategy. Supporting outside sales team by responding to customer questions and inquiries in a timely manner. Entering customer orders into the ERP system by completing a thorough review of the order requirements and performing a detailed entry of all data necessary to process the order, through shipment. Providing excellent service to internal and external customers by meeting or exceeding their needs by: Fielding incoming phone calls and emails and respond in a timely manner, establishing proper expectations and delivering on those expectations and ensuring that every transaction ends with a satisfied customer. Collaborating cross-functionally with other departments to ensure that customer transactions are delivered on time and on specifications. Tracking customer request from the company salesforce/C4C and reacting to those requests in a timely manner.

 Analyzing project/customer requirements and preparing competitive techno-commercial proposals for API & Non API seals and Flushing plans (systems).  Making a complete study of customer specification and preparing extracts from the specifications to meet the customer/project requirement.  Ensuring that the complete proposal is made in compliance with the customer specifications and taking comments and deviations, if any.  Verifying the customer comments & Engineering changes in a timely manner.  Participating in customer/project review meeting for technical clarification and supports.  Providing technical feasibility and cost effective solutions to sales and service team for seal conversion and upgradation.  Reviewing assigned orders/contracts to ensure that requirements are adequately defined and documented.  Involving order handover meetings with the Execution/Engineering team in order to effectively communicate the various criticalities involved in the project thereby ensuring a smooth transition from pre order to post order.  Maintaining a positive business relationship with the Sales team to coordinate an effective result oriented team that increases sales and extend knowledge on the application of the products.  Offer solutions to the top management regarding project-related queries.  Having experience in system selection which includes various auxiliary parts such as accumulator, coolers and piping, fitting and fair knowledge on instruments by using internal tools.  Reviewing accountability for the proposals due for the day.  Single point contact for the assigned project until project handover.  Resolving problems related to product & engineering during the pre-order and post order stage, from various Cutomers.  Handling global projects (individually or as a team), taking lead on the projects to deliver better solutions to the Custom.

 Prepare & update Project Schedules for Oil and Gas piping & shutdown projects based on the contract.  Collaborate with various departments to align Department schedule.  Set work program and target milestones for each phase based on the project plan.  Monitor day to day work progress and prepare the weekly and monthly program and report.  Monitor critical activities based on the project schedule and advise project management.  Provide Customized reports to Project Manager as and when requested.  Analyzing information for P. O’s /PR's and its delivery schedule.  Taking appropriate actions on issues arising from scheduled delays   Prepares and submit updated work program and S-curve showing actual progress and identify areas of weakness and establishes means and methods for recovery, if any.  Maintain and record update of site work progress obtained from Project Manager.  Report to the Project Manager about the current work progress and make comparison between plan and actual progress and study impact of alternative approaches to work.  Participate in project meetings and discussions with the Client as required.  Assists in preparing work program, cash flow and manpower histogram for tenders. Perform other duties and responsibilities as may be assigned from time to time.  Working with the design & engineering team for piping drawings.  Coordinating with the engineering team for shop fabrication of piping & structural works.  Preparing BOQ for Purchase requisition & working with the estimation team in the process of tendering/bidding.

 Preparing offers for seals and auxiliary systems for the enquires received from different OEMs.  Analyzing the enquiry (the operating conditions, pump design, type etc) received from OEM.  Also reviewing the specifications received from the customer, to comply with the customer requirements for the seals & auxiliary systems.  Selecting the appropriate seal system required for the given application.  Performing heat load calculations related to sealing systems using FAEP tool. For Seal & auxiliary System.  Completing the quote including the commercial terms and finally sending the completed offer to the customer.  Clarifying the Technical queries during the pre-order and order stage.   After receiving the order preparing piping drawings and coordinating with the drafting team in the preparation of drawings.  Attending conference calls with the customers / regional engineers for technical queries and meetings.
