• Delivery of investigation, concept design and scheme design for High Risk Corridors and High Risk Intersections programme. Managing budget and timelines with consultants and internal team members. • Maintain relationship and engage with internal, external stakeholder and members of public. • Investigate and complete fatal crash report with engineering recommendations. • Provide engineer’s response for road safety audit reports.

• Set up regular analysis reporting on the progress of the Low-Cost Low-Risk national programme • National programme pipeline development and prioritization using multicriteria analysis • Analysis and presentation of traffic data from TOMTOM, Bliptrack, google Traffic-watcher, CAS and NZTA Incident system. • Training in CIMS L4 and Supported team during COVID emergency response period

• Investigate transport planning and transport safety problems and form solutions and designs • Program and project management in Canterbury and West Coast Minor Works program • Developing and Analyzing of traffic models, economic models and business cases • Leading NZTA projects and liaising with stakeholders, consultants and contractors to achieve project objectives with the best value for money solution

• Scope, investigate and analyze the complex road and rail transport problems and develop solutions according to current standards and best practices • Program and project management including responsibility in organizing resource plan, quality plan, risk register, safety in design registers and Health & Safety plan • Developing and Analyzing of KiwiRAP safety models, detail designs and business case reports • Leading Saferoads alliance projects and liaising with stakeholders, clients and contractors to achieve project objectives in time and in budget
