Today I’ve got trust by PT Antang Gunung Meratus as Head of Legal, Land Acq., & Government Relation Departemen which is managed 30+ personnel as my team member. We have been through for many achievement such as acquired for 700+ hectares a year, held 12+ permit for operational compliance, and got land certification of company’s hauling road (jalan khusus tambang). I enjoy my career path as departemen head so I could deeply learn about team management, stakeholder mapping, and strategic planning. As Head of LLG Dept - External Affairs brought me to another level of negotiation skill, public communition skill and stakeholder mapping skill, how to act when involve in public or internal team, how to build motivational team culture, deliver company spirit to the team and so much more. I hope to learn more in my next career path.

I am Legal Superintendent at PT Antang Gunung Meratus since March 2021. Through this position I have had the opportunity to enhance my skills on several different levels. I am a legal compliance for such permit and license. In BPN, I certified 70 Ha land for infrastructure, made the certificate of the company and land acquisition matters. For litigation side, I responsible to my head legal for such as land dispute, police report and public complaints

Currently, I am a legal operation on suppply chain company for mining coal that provide any services such as coal contractor, hauling coal services, hauling road, port services and coal shipment. In my group company also has 2 (two) mining license that is operating. Besides that, my job desc in my position to comply in any license that required by government. For litigation side, I responsible to my head legal for such case like Penundaan Kewajiban Pembayaran Utang (PKPU), lawsuit from any party and criminal things.
