12 years ago on October 23, 2006, I formed a 501c name Public Revitalization Group to embrace an integrated, collaborative approach to community development. I made a conscious effort to construct public aware and equality through celebrity based charitable events. In November of 2007, I updated the company name to reflect the overall goal, to be aware. The B-AWARE Foundation connects the entertainment industry to the health care industry and the community. We aim to bring AWARENESS to the communities that we live, work, and play in. We must make information readily available to those who search for it, and those who ignore it. THE B-AWARE FOUNDATION realizes the need for AWARENESS and we want people to BE AWARE of the circumstances and consequences surrounding their decisions.
