• Leading , managing & controlling the upkeep of all manufacturing assets(M/c Shop, Structure Welding, Paneling , Paint shop , Trim line & Plant Utility) • Managing maintenance & facility planning budget along with assisting in design & installation of new system • Heading facility planning for implementation of new facility • Developing clearly defined procedures for all types of maintenance - breakdown, preventive and predictive for M/c Shop (Robotic Welding Cell, CNC Laser Cutting, Plasma Cutting, CNC Bending, Overhead Cranes, Plant Utility • Leading Continuous Improvement as a part of World Class Quality . . Introducing, implementing & managing maintenance programs including preventive & predictive maintenance operations • Providing technical & functional leadership for Operations & Maintenance, Quality Implementation & Development Planning • Ensuring strategic utilization of available resources & machinery; ensuring smooth operations of the unit and maintaining reports as well as ensuring scheduled service activities are performed accurately and on schedule

• Managed BIW Production & Quality of Bolero BIW Models • Implemented new projects on Bolero Platform like ( U150,P125,,P107,P114,P113) • Administered capacity enhancement of Bolero platform for meeting market demand • Ensured Manufacturing Excellence through TPM Implementation & Quality Performance
