Inspection of scaffold stuctures on daily basis using F 91 Forms Report any defects in the scaffolding immediately to the area supervisor and scaffold manager.

* Controlling scaffolding teams * Coordinate scaffolding foremans, with scaffolding issues * Discuss with Management scaffolding issues during meeting * Conduct meeting with scaffolding staff * Preparation all HSE docs related with scaffold * Liaise with Client and other contractors regarding work progress * Estimating manpower and materials for daily/weekly activities. * Ensure PTW are received on time and fully understood and followed. * Ensure all operatives follow company/mandatory requirements and procedures regarding all HSE legal/site requirements for scaffolding * To supervise the erection, alteration and dismantling of scaffolding works * Involved in all incident / accident reporting / investigation with the management team in accordance with (Incident Reporting) Regulations * Ability to supervise the team of qualified scaffold erectors * Ensure RA / PTW are received on time and fully understood and followed

* Inspection of scaffold stuctures on daily basis using F 91 Forms * Fixing of scaffolding tags on inspected new erected scaffolds (if scaffold is ok) * Filling of Scaffolding database on daily basis. * Filing of all Inspection results to scaffolding Database. * Perform other duties related to scaffolding inspection requested by the management. * Undertake regular audits of all projects to ensure that they are fully complying with the company`s systems.These audits will be fully documented and reports issued. * Resolution of any problem areas identified from the inspection. * Ensure the scaffold is built to the latest international standards. * All hand written inspection are kept as backups to the F91 register. * Report any defects in the scaffolding immediately to the area supervisor and scaffold manager.
