Hiring for Customer & Partner Experience organization in the US and Canada • Partner with Hiring Managers to identify qualified candidates and screen them through 1:1 or panel interviews • Manage the full cycle recruitment process and ensure positive experience for candidates and other stakeholders. • Screen and source candidates, handle high volume requirements and negotiate offers. • Work closely with coordinators to ensure a smooth onboarding experience for each new hire. • A Talent connector for the internal employees looking for role change • Work with Compensation, Compliance, Employee Mobility and Finance teams to ensure headcount is within budget, provide information on new hires, relocation services and negotiate new salary ranges when necessary.
