For over three years, I managed Sunroll's export activities and supported the company's expansion into more than 40 countries. I managed this process from beginning to end. I ensured Sunroll's corporate identity and digital media presence were established. I personally sourced potential clients, designed custom project solutions, prepared 2D and 3D drawings to support sales, and ensured accurate project pricing to effectively close deals. I played a key role in developing new business relationships by managing both new and ongoing partnerships in Eastern Europe, Balkans and beyond. In addition to sales coordination, I contributed to Sunroll's international presence by participating in four major trade fairs: WindoShow (Belgrade) TÜYAP Window and Door Fair (Istanbul) R+T Stuttgart (Germany) TÜYAP Window and Door Fair (Istanbul) At these events, I supported booth design, customer communication, logistics, and transportation planning. After closing the deals, I provided ongoing support to customers by providing online installation guidance, ensuring correct implementation and strong customer satisfaction after sales.
