Nov 2016 - Present: working for Nafusah Oil Operation.BV in Projects & Engineering Dept. as Project Engineering Instrumentation and Control senior engineer and a responsible for the leading the activities within my sector and also coordination off all disciplines along with my background of control my role as following: 1- Collaborate with other project team members to comply with project requirements and meet project schedules 2- Technical support responsibilities have involved: bid evaluations, operating procedures, process instrumentation and control design calculations, project definitions, safety and hazard analysis and reporting. 3- Cooperate with other team and HSE department for HAZID, HAZOP and risk assessment reports. 4- Preparation of the ITB (Invitation to Bidding) project packages both (Technical and Commercial parts), which includes Scope of Work, Performance Guarantee, Facilities Description, Deliverable list, Approved Manufactures list etc. 5- Perform project hand over (mechanical Completion certificates, as built drawings, commissioning/ performance test period). 6- Member of Technical Evaluation team bid offers received from Contractors for North Hamada Oil Field (NHF47). 7- Member of Well Testing Committee, performing all works pertaining the well testing including supervising the execution phase to the well testing Contractor. 8- Review and assist project cycle documentation with the PMS engineering Contractor Generate and review project functional specifications, specified by NOC/International specification standard. 9- Fiscal metering complete skid engineering and design along with national and international standards and regulations. 10- Preparation of Pre-FEED, FEED drawings, hookups, calculations include (power and Air), and other technical documentation. 11- Develop the scope of work using P&ID's, specifications, and project requirements to specify and complete instrument and control systems.

Jan 2013 – Nov 2016: Work for Waha Oil Company in Major Projects Department expertise in Engineering, construction, installation, pre-commissioning, and commissioning problems rose daily at project sites for industrial Automation Systems, Instrumentation & Control Equipment my task includes: Supervision of the technical work efforts of designers, instrumentation specialists, maintenance personnel, mechanical & process engineers, production unit operators, programmers, union workers and contractors. Faregh Phase II Gas Plant construction stage to the handover ( construction of all field instrumentation , cable trays , junction boxes , Marshall cabinets , HMIs) Overhauling, commissioning, and start-up of Gas turbine drive Compressors (siemens SGT100/200) having the ControlLogix control system. Reviewing P&IDs, Loop diagrams, DCS status and sign Contractor daily work reports. Reviewing instrumentation data sheets Reviewing the Detailed Engineering concepts with ISA standards. Participate in HAZOP/LOPA meetings with multi-disciplinary groups. Perform FAT and SAT tests for every project. GE Aero TM 2500 Operation, Commissioning, Performance Test, calibrations, and loop checks, dealing with Woodward Micronet plus Control System in Four GE Gas Turbines Turbine Drive Compressors and Generators TM 2500 in Zawia and Tripoli West GECOL Company. Overhauling, commissioning, and start-up of Gas turbine drive Compressors (siemens SGT100/200) having the ControlLogix control system. Supervision of the technical work efforts of designers, instrumentation specialists, maintenance personnel, mechanical & process engineers, production unit operators, programmers, union workers and contractors. Reviewing instrumentation data sheets Perform FAT and SAT tests for every project. Participate as site inspector in commissioning, performance test, and fault finding of Faregh PH-II gas plant (Honeywell DCS Experion 3000 and Controller 300).

March 1997 – Feb 2012: worked for Sirte Oil Company located in Marsa Elbrega Sirte Gulf, and my role was in the section of Offsites Instrumentation division specializing in Maintenance, troubleshooting commissioning, start-up “overhaul all of instrumentation and process control of Gas turbines”, Area (1) Refinery Plant, Distillation Plant and LNG Plant as Offsite instrumentation my task includes: • GE Frame 5 Speedtronic Mark II Shift supervisor ensure Convenient of operation, safety inspections, Oversees the work of operating staff, signing daily routine readings and checks, writing daily reports, train newcomers’ and motivate operators. • Worked as group leader in gas turbine major overhauls which includes, coordinate with supervisors to put overhaul daily work plan, prepare spare parts and participate with the group in Repairing, Calibrating, installing, and controlling all Instruments in GE gas turbines Frame 5 Mark II and Mark V (temp switches, pressure switches, VPRs, VTRs, thermocouples, servo valves, LVDTs, and solenoids). • Calibrating all measurement devices in all measuring variables such as flow meters, level, temp, pressure sensors, control valves, controllers etc. • Working with the PLC sematic S7 / 1200, troubleshooting and programming using the software in the laptop. • Installation and programming new control devices such as conductivity meters • Calibrating instruments in Refinery, Distillation and Gas plant of Marsa Brega, such as transmitters (Level, Pressure, Temperature, Flow), Control valves and the checking full control loops.
