• Manage Key client Projects. • Completion of projects on time within budget and within scope. • Set deadlines, assign responsibilities and monitor and summarize progress of project. • Prepare reports for upper management regarding status of project. • Coordinate internal resources and third parties for the flawless execution of projects • Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders • Ensure resource availability and allocation • Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress • Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule and project costs • Report and escalate to management as needed • Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders • Perform risk management to minimize project risks • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation • Meet with clients to take detailed ordering briefs and clarify specific requirements of the project • Meet budgetary objectives and make adjustments to project constraints based on financial analysis

• Generation of Revenue Plan on a monthly basis. • Implementation of the revenue plan on monthly basis • Taking care of and following the HSE on behalf of all the sites. • Responsible for saving the cost • Maintaining a good customer client relationship • Create and maintain a project's budget and schedule • Analyse progress reported against the work schedules • Recommend actions to improve progress • Using the ERP-PM System to manage all these responsibilities • Implement IBS in VIP sites, Circuital sites, Government Buildings, Hotels, Malls and Commercial Buildings • Implement IBS in Alalm Palace, Bait Barka Palace, Muscat & Salalalah Airport, Majlis Oman, Salalah Free Zone, PDO, Orpic Sohar, Grand Mall Muscat, City Center and so many sites. • Payment follow-up with Sub-contractor • Payment follow-up with Customer • Managing the team in designing of sites and taking follow-up of the same • Binding the team into a motivated group and successfully installing the designed hardware • Taking a regular basis follow up and survey of the site • Recommend customer for VIP sites and commercial sites. • Increase sales and revenue for the company by getting more projects. • Weekly meeting with customer to review and track progress of service delivery • Prepare weekly report for the service delivery project • Coordinate with Transmission Team • Coordinate with Fiber team (ISP, OSP) • Coordinate with IP Core team • Coordinate with Radio Network Centre (RNC) to do site Integration • Coordinate with Network Operation Centre (NOC) to do Change Request (CR)

• Constructing a planned engineering document • Troubleshooting the necessary problems • Planning and holding surveys for new sites • Configuration of new Equipments • Supervising installation of Equipment and checking on the quality of Hardware
