• Performed finite element analysis (FEA) in ANSYS to validate chassis torsional stiffness against defined requirements, achieving results within 12% of experimental measurements and informing design iteration • Reduced suspension iteration cycle time by building a MATLAB script to compute suspension load paths and enable rapid shock packaging geometry optimization • Machined 30+ suspension components, including tie rod, pushrod, and control arm plugs and shock packaging spacers, using manual mill and lathe to ±0.005" tolerances

Mechanical Design Intern
• Designed 3-position variable-size mechanism for a consumer golf trainer product in SolidWorks using DFM/DFA principles for efficient injection molding and assembly manufacturability • Produced technical drawing with GD&T specifications for adjustment knob component, defining dimensional and geometric tolerances to reliable operation across all size configurations
