· Assessed and confirmed the scope of work (SOW) for contractors before entering into contractual agreements · Developed a comprehensive Project Implementation Plan (PIP) that outlines project details · Managed various aspects such as petty cash, operational processes and logistics · Developed MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) design drawings that align with existing facility standards and industry regulations such as IEC, NEC, IEEE, ASHRAE, UTI, TIA-942 · Developed MOP documents for all activities, ensured a high level of accuracy due to the project's zero tolerance for errors · Drove troubleshooting measures to identify potential hazards/risks, especially given the project's time constraints · Prepared the Tier Certification of Design Documents (TCDD) package · Implemented a five-level testing process (L1, L2, L3, L4, and L5) to ensure project quality
