As a result of KORE Power's acquisition of Northern Reliability, I have transitioned my role into the newly formed, KORE Solutions division of the company. • Worked as a Project Manager on multiple projects, including our largest to date MWh project. • Coordinated inter-departmental operations for successful engineering, procurement, production and field installation of awarded projects. • Lead and managed the Field Engineering group.

• Managed field operations by coordinating with internal departments and external entities while leading a growing field team to complete projects on schedule • Worked with internal departments continue development of future designs

• Gained exposure to the design, build, final on-site commissioning, and troubleshooting of BESS projects

• Assisted senior leadership with the process of topsoil generation from waste products • Practiced proper techniques for groundwater quality sampling and testing • Planned landfill landscape with surveyor using Leica Geosystems Station

• Developed TIG welding techniques by working with master welder. • Practiced techniques through framing and preparation of products • Installed company products at construction sites in collaboration with other firms

• Gained experience on a fast-paced assembly line and utilized schematics to promote efficient workflow • Enhanced attention to detail by working in Quality Control and ensuring compliance to standards

• Shadowed fabricator to learn proper molding, layering and curing techniques • Worked solo fabricating various carbon parts for automotive, sport and medical industries
