* Update annual training plan. * Follow up and implement the training plan and ensure on time implementation. * Communicate with service providers for program outlines & costs. * Communicate with employee regarding the training details (invitations emails). * Observe training venues and ensure training tools is complete and undamaged. * Develop frequent reports to be submitted to direct manager to reveal achieved versus planned objectives. * Operate the training processes on HR system and ensure accurate and updated data. * Perform any other assigned tasks as required by the direct manager within the same level of responsibility. *  Reporting to: Learning & Development Supervisor.

* Conduct internal training activities. * Develop and design training material (Outline, learner guide, facilitator guide and training agenda) * Develop and design training reinforcement program. * Conduct the induction program for the newly hired HR officers. * Create annual training plan. * Follow up and implement the training plan and ensure on time implementation. * Communicate with service providers for program outlines & costs. * Communicate with employee regarding the training details (Training invitations e-mails). * Develop frequent reports to be submitted to direct manager to reveal achieved versus planned objectives. * Calculate the amount to be deducted from the resigned employee for any training courses as per training SLA (Service Level of Agreement).

Represent HR department in the branch including recruitment, personnel, training, compensation & benefits and OD operations.
