Multipurpose Real estate Project- EMIRAL Forum El Djazair EMIRAL, 4 Residential towers. This project namely Forum El Djazair in Algiers which includes the following: - 4 Residential towers. A Polyclinic area Shopping Mall 15 Villas Reporting to Project Director - efficiently handling the responsibilities of All MEP activities( lifts, garbage chute , review shop drawings/material submittals , QA/QC method statements , preparing the MEP Interim Payment Applications, MEP Payment Certificates, MEP Invoices , MEP Variations, MEP ANDI List Handling MEP Procurement ,tackling Design/Design NOCs issues with EMIRAL/Designer SGI /DSE and supporting Client in Local Authorities technical meetings , handing over the project.

Sr. procurement Engineer -MEP at CCC Build CPD key Projects Review the Material Requisition (MR): which includes Specifications, Standards, Bill of Material Issue Request for Quotation (RFQ): This includes the technical part (MR) and the Commercial Part. Technical Evaluation including complete coordination with Engineering. Commercial Evaluation & Negotiations with bidders. Prepare Combined Technical & Commercial Evaluation Report & Issue Purchase Order. Inspection / Witness Activities. Coordination of all procurement activities. Review Framework & Service Agreements. Prepare the Procurement Schedule and coordinate with the Project Schedule. Supervise the Project Procurement staff & Stores,Supporting Project’s Teams in Procuring and excuting the following packages and Systems : All MEP Systems . Medical Gases systems , Pneumatic Tube System ,FF&E package ,Kitchen Equipment, Laundry Equipment ,Nurse Calling System , Hospital Management System , BMS , Elevators

Project: Ibn Hani Bay Resort -responsible for site mechanical activities- Plumbing, Drainage- and engineering - Mechanical shop drawing preparation , review before submitting the same to consultant (as per IFC drawing and project tender specifications). Follow up project material (mechanical technical support for procurement department) preparing BOQ and procurement reports/material log. In addition to all above, Technical support for the planning department -mechanical- . Follow up all mechanical/QC - Method statement, Inspection and testing plan - ATLAS system TAGS- , performing all inspections with consultant. Review and coordinate with designer regarding the Infrastructure concept design report, hotel concept design report.

2008- October 2009: G+12+H-C X 4 residential Buildings Dubai. Client: Sons of Shaikh Juma Al Maktoum. Consultant: M/S Al Fahidi Engineering Consultant. Duties: Mechanical project engineer, Assistant project manger. With following responsibilities: • Preparing the material submittal based on specifications and tender documents and submits to consultant, day to day report to project manger, attend the weekly progress meeting with the consultant, client. Attend the weekly technical meeting with the consultant and main contractor. • Follow up the authorities regulation and approval for water supply , fire fighting and fire alarm DWG along with NFPA and B.S, follow up the supplier for the materials delivery. • Prepare the monthly invoice for project manger checking and submit to consultant and client for approval. • Follow up with planning engineer for the project duration and time extension. • Prepare the RFI, IR, and monitoring the project cost with the finance department. • Report to GM/PM for weekly progress, submittal status with consultant. • Co-coordinate with the government authorities for the final inspections. Main Contractor: M/S G&B Duties: Mechanical project engineer& commissioning engineer to hand over the project to NAM –Nakheel Assist Management- and JAFZA, DEWA .for the following system: plumbing system (water supply, drainage) and sanitary fixture installation, HVAC DX unit, AHU. Report to General Manager for daily progress.

Main Contractor: M/S MESC Consultant M/S KEO Working as project mechanical engineer taking responsibility of man power daily report and activity, material requirements for plumbing, firefighting & HVAC, reporting to the project manager weekly progress, follow up with authority for approval. Equipment: Chillers, FCU, firefighting pumps, transfer and booster pumps, GRP watertank, AHU, Secondary & primary pumps.

Design and Engineering Department ,MEP engineer Working as mechanical engineer in maintenance and projects as following; - Children Hospital Lattakia: Technical Study of the mechanical equipment HVAC system, plumbing system & Fire fighting system which consists of: chillers, pumps, heat exchangers, Boilers, radiators, FCU, AHU, steam boilers.
