I’m a Planning and Follow-Up Engineer in the industrial sector (paper industry), with a Bachelor’s degree in Management Information Systems and a Postgraduate Diploma in Business Information Systems from Helwan University. Throughout my work, I’ve developed strong skills in production planning, performance tracking, and analyzing gaps between planned and actual execution — allowing me to bridge the gap between operations and data-driven decision-making. I’m currently studying for the PMP® certification and applying its concepts in real work situations, such as: • Time management • Activity sequencing and prioritization • Improving execution and minimizing variances I’ve also earned a certificate from PMI in Generative AI Overview for Project Managers, and I’m integrating digital tools and AI thinking into my planning approach. My goal is continuous development — delivering real value through smart planning and effective execution.
