As the Leader of the Talent Acquisition function at Quantiphi, I am responsible for talent attraction strategies, new market exploration, function effectiveness, workforce planning and fulfillment with operational aspects of hiring the best talent for AI, high-tech and IT skills across India and the rest of the World. With a Master's in Human Resources from MIT School of Business and a Six Sigma certification, I apply data-driven and innovative approaches to attract, assess, and retain diverse and high-performing candidates for Quantiphi's growth and impact. I have comprehensive experience in leadership, campus, and lateral recruitment from my previous roles at Persistent Systems, where I managed global talent acquisition for various IT and non-IT skills. I am passionate about technology and innovation, and I thrive on building a diverse and inclusive workforce that reflects Quantiphi's values and vision. I also enjoy mentoring and coaching the talent management team by fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence.
