Also involved in sourcing resumes from database, references and networking sites. Extensively used social networking sites for resume search like LinkedIn and Google groups. Posting the jobs on different job portals. Interact with the candidate over the phone to gather information like current location, compensation, availability, relocation issues and skill set proficiencies for contract or permanent positions. Preparing resume submissions to clients. Updating the recruitment database accordingly and providing daily and weekly reports on the recruitment status to the top management.
