Responsible for 24×7 remote monitoring, operation, and reliability of mission-critical data center infrastructure including electrical, mechanical, cooling, fire, and BMS/DCIM systems. Ensures maximum uptime, quick incident response, and compliance with SLA and safety standards. Monitoring & Operations Perform 24×7 remote monitoring of data center infrastructure via BMS tools Monitor HVAC, chillers, UPS, DG, PDU, CRAC/CRAH, fire & safety systems Track alarms, alerts, and system health in real time Analyze trends (temperature, humidity, load, power usage, PUE) Respond immediately to critical alarms and failures Perform first-level troubleshooting remotely Escalate to on-site team/vendors as per SOP Coordinate incident resolution and restoration of services Maintain MTTR targets and uptime SLAs Ensure 99.99%+ uptime of critical systems Optimize cooling efficiency and energy usage Monitor capacity planning (power/cooling load) Support redundancy testing (UPS, DG, failover tests) Maintain logs for alarms, incidents, and actions Prepare daily/weekly/monthly operational reports Update SOPs, checklists, and escalation matrix Maintain asset and performance records

Operation and maintenance of data center various systems such as, HVAC, bms, UPS, Transformers, HT LT panels, DG set. also provide support to the vendor for racks installation, fiber cable, cable try, cold aisle, routers and server installation.

Responsible for operation and maintenance of inhouse server rooms, Data center management, electrical distribution system, HVAC system, BMS system and inventory management.

Facility Executive for technical equipment, Server rooms, data center, UPS system, DG set, HT and LT panels maintenance.
