Key Result Areas: • Ensuring proper documentation of: o L2 & L3 level schedule in MSP o Preparation of Drawing schedule o Preparation of Material Schedule o Preparation of Contractor schedule o Weekly Report for individual building o MIS (Dash Board Report) o Micro Schedule as per requirement o Monthly Cash Flow, Program, et o Monthly Look ahead plan o Tracking of sales Milestone & Do follow up with site team for the same o Preparation of Project structure in SAP. o Budgeting & Monitoring . • Applied for PMP certification.(Completed 36 Hours Training for PMP)

• Ensuring proper documentation of: o L2 & L3 level schedule in MSP o Preparation of Drawing schedule o Preparation of Material Schedule o Preparation of Contractor schedule o Weekly Report for individual building o Percentage completion report project wise for Architecture department o MIS (Dash Board Report) o Micro Schedule as per requirement o Monthly Cash Flow, Program, etc o Pre-construction Schedule o Delay Analysis Report Department Wise o Monthly Look ahead plan o Tracking of sales Milestone & Do follow up with site team for the same • Maintaining the track for L3 level schedule on fortnightly basis • Looking after the operations of 3 projects of G+12 • Currently looking after High-rise P+22 floors project at Pune • Conducting project review meeting on fortnightly basis • Attending Site review meeting & circulate MOM to all concern • SAP- o Preparation of Project structure in SAP. o Tracking of Project in SAP monthly basis. • Actively working MOEF & MEP (in coordination with Consultant for Electrical, Plumbing drawings) Department • Working in coordination with: o Plumbing Consultant w.r.t. drawings o Consultants, Contractors & Sub-contractors o Ministry of Environment for environment clearance of the particular project

Highlights: • Efficaciously worked towards the successful completion of G+12 Area approx. 1 lac sqft Building inclusive of RCC, BBM, Plaster, Water Proofing, Tilling, Aluminium, Fabrication, Solar System, Lift Erection, Rain Water Harvesting, etc. • Single-handedly managed the contracts like RCC, BBM+Plaster, Fabrication, Painting, Aluminium Window Tiling, etc. • Holds the credit of introducing some chemicals in plaster mix that reduced cement consumption, introduced material like fibre mesh • Contributing towards the execution of large construction projects in adherence to ISO 9001, 14001 & 18001 w.r.t. the execution of the project
