Oversee the power plant's activities to ensure that the plant production meets the business objectives, manage all daily operations of the plant to meets production requirement and ensuring policies and procedures are being followed.  Planning, organizing, directing and running optimum day-to-day operations to exceed our business expectations 1. Increasing production/assets capacity and flexibility while minimizing unnecessary costs and maintaining current quality standards 2. Responsibility for production output, product quality and on-time shipping 3. Allocate resources effectively and fully utilize assets to produce optimal results 4. Implement strategies in alignment with strategic initiatives and provide a clear sense of direction and focus 5. Monitor operations and trigger corrective actions 6. Share a trusting relationship with workgroup and develop plant staff 7. Collect and analyze data to find places of waste or overtime 8. Commit to plant safety procedures 9. Develop systems and processes that track and optimize productivity and standards, metrics and performance targets to ensure effective return on assets 10. Address employees’ issues or grievances and administer collective bargaining agreements 11. Stay up to date with latest production management best practices and concepts 12. Follow all procedures and instructions pertaining to start-up, shut-down and normal operations of the power plant systems 13. To comply with all safety regulations including isolation, lock out and tag out system must be implemented 14. Emergency procedures in order to personnel and equipment in case of damage or failure of safety devices to restore the equipment back to available to handle any emergency.

Summery of Power Plant: • Wärtsilä Suluzer Diesel 16ZAV40S Engines and auxiliaries Operation and Maintenance Contract Management as Senior Engineer Mechanical at Al-Safwa Cement Company Power Plant, Jeddah Saudi Arabia. From April 2007 to January 2010 Summery of Power Plant: • Wärtsilä W20V32 Engines and auxiliaries Operation and Maintenance Contract Management as Maintenance Engineer Mechanical at City Cement Company Power Plant, Riyadh Saudi Arabia. Responsibilities: Leading the Operation & Maintenance team to execute the daily routine activities. • Responsible for all Maintenance and Operational activities of the Engines, Turbocharger and Auxiliaries. • Engines Major Overhauling Planning Executing Jobs, measurement etc. • ABB VTR 454 and TPL-67 C 34 Turbocharger Intermediate Servicing, Hatlapa and Sperre Compressor reciprocating and Tamrotor Screw Compressor Operation, Servicing and Trouble Shouting. • HFO & Lube Oil Separators Alfa Laval and Westfalia Intermediate, Major Overhauling, Trouble Shooting and Operational activities. • Working on Maintenance Management System to timely execute maintenance of all equipment. • Working on Condition Based Monitoring, Wärtsilä Operation Technical Services (WOTS) Reporting and Action Planning to enhance Engine Availability & Reliability. • WISE LT Reporting, WOM Contract Process and related all type of documentation handling. • Planning and Execution of Preventive & Predictive Maintenance to improve the Machine Operating life. • Planning of Monthly Schedule Maintenance of Engines and Auxiliary System. • Preparing Daily Generation Reports, Monthly Reports and all other related reports. • Planning of Plant Operation regarding load demand and PMS, Estimation of Monthly Fuel Oil, Lube Oil, Water & Chemical. • Annual Cost Calculation, Estimation Cost Calculation, Annual Operating & Maintenance Planning and Budgeting.

Summery of Power Plant: • Six Kawasaki GPB 70 Gas Turbines, 7.0 MW of each Gas Turbine Capacity and Three Wärtsilä Vaasa 12 V 32 Engines, 4.1 MW of each Engine Capacity and 54.3 MW Co-Generation Power Plant Producing the Electricity to Paper and Board Mills. Responsibilities: • Operation and Planning of the Engines, Auxiliaries and Waste Heat Recovery Fire Tube Boilers Boiler. • Engines Overhauling Planning Executing Jobs & measurement and Trouble Shootings etc. • HFO & Lube Oil Separators Overhauling regarding Intermediate, Major Overhauling, Trouble Shooting and Operational activities. • Planning of Preventive Maintenance, Monthly Schedule Maintenance of Turbines, Engines, Separators and Auxiliary. • Erection and Commissioning of Dual Fuel (Gas + Diesel) Conversion.
