Responsible for leadership on all matters related to the International portfolio (US, Europe, and Asia-Pacific regions) within the Global Portfolio Management team.

- Responsible for the Analytics, Research, and Governance verticals for the $26 billion real estate portfolio within the $165 billion AIMCo total fund, leading a team of five professionals - Built a multi-client capital pacing model to inform capital deployment decisions  - Development of portfolio analytics and insights derived from existing portfolio data  - Revamped investment process governance model, including introducing a Real Estate Investment Committee and strategic forecasting of portfolio exposures and scenario analysis 

- I served within the Investment Division of the Treasury to manage the $14 billion real estate portfolio of the Oregon Public Employees Retirement Plan - Participated in the day-to-day investment activities of the real estate portfolio and in the ongoing oversight of the portfolio's various limited partnerships, separate accounts, and joint ventures - Formed various new separate account / programmatic joint venture partnerships as the real estate portfolio’s intended risk-adjusted role evolved - Led the build out of internal capital pacing for the real estate portfolio, collaborating with other private market asset classes to improve general liquidity management and forecasting - I also served as the real estate portfolio ESG Champion

- Serving on the Real Assets Team, I covered Real Estate, Timberland, and Agriculture asset classes, with a primary focus on Real Estate - Provided investment manager research and due diligence, portfolio and investment level performance measurement and analytics, and assistance on various client and internal projects - Tenure at PCA included a promotion from Analyst to Senior Analyst

- Screened, researched, and assessed small- and mid-cap U.S. equities to present investment recommendations to the portfolio management team and CIO - Primary focus placed on the health care sector

- As an Analyst and the Healthcare Sector Head for the Robblee-Roberts Student Investment Fund at Whitworth University, I actively engaged in financial research and portfolio management of a $110,000 sub-section of the University's endowment - Working on the leadership team, I was involved in fundamental analysis training and I led the healthcare focused members

- At the M.J. Murdock Charitable Trust I had the opportunity to witness firsthand the awarding of grants to Pacific Northwest nonprofit organizations that totaled approximately $750 million (as of 2014) since their founding in 1975 - I gained in-depth exposure to the nonprofit and philanthropic sectors with special attention paid to nonprofit leadership and management - I participated in the grant/proposal process, including site visits and consultations with nearly two dozen nonprofit organizations - Additional areas of focus included investment portfolio, program, enrichment, conference planning, and finance

- Experienced overseeing 15 employees, managing the kitchen and customer service, while monitoring quality control and efficiency - Exposed to executive decision making, fast-paced work environment, and development of vendor contracts
