* This role is responsible for directing and managing the activities of the Business Solutions Group and Project Management Office. This involves the development of IT strategy and continuous improvement program * enterprise project portfolio planning and governance * PMO management * project management methodology development, coaching and education * business case development * leadership and management of project managers, business analysts, business intelligence and web services teams * business stakeholder and vendor relationship management.

Responsibilities include: * Lead the definition and maturing of the Workplace change methodology including team capability * Lead the change program and team; transitioning the organisation to AMP’s desired Workplace and experience * Contribute to the ongoing evolution and definition of AMP’s Workplace aligned to our strategic and cultural goals

Responsible for designing and leading the Sparkitecture Change Playbook, the change management strategy and activities, to prepare all of AMP's teams to move from a traditional working environment to an activity based working environment through AMP's CQ2morrow project. AMP’s CQ2morrow project, through the provision of a new workplace environment is supporting the opportunity for a new working culture that is collaborative and agile and will galvanize a new customer experience. It is: 1. A cultural initiative creating new ways of working that provides a rich and meaningful employee experience, where employees are trusted and empowered to work the way they need to, to get the job done, enabling a high performance culture through work practices, technology and work space. 2. Optimising the efficiency of AMP's workspace.
