To date, responsible for approximately 750 draws, disbursing over $400 million * Confirm draws are consistent with terms of the Loan Agreement and ensure servicing deadlines are met * Develop and maintain relationships with borrowers, participant lenders and third parties * Order/review title and inspection reports and ensure payment to vendors * Compare borrower’s budget submittals against lender’s tracking, investigate and resolve discrepancies * Review property financial statements to ensure accuracy of interest/operating deficiency draw requests * Maintain an extensive log of legal bills by loan and vendor; responsible for billing borrowers for reimbursement * Assist team in miscellaneous projects and reporting * Responsible for the receipt and electronic filing of executed loan documents immediately upon origination; track original loan documents received post-closing and sent to document custodian
