Hires, trains, and supervises Student Tutors for the University. Coordinates on/off campus events to acknowledge academic milestones, increase overall participation, and recruit volunteer work for the San Diego community. Provides outreach to students to ensure they get the resources needed to succeed. Establish professional relationships with potential community contacts to create work or volunteer experience for students, and to participate in on campus events. Provides writing and researching assistance to undergraduate and graduate students.

I prepared and served beverages to customers, as well as working the cash registers. I cleaned the front of house and maintained stock levels in the back of house. I trained new employees on in house procedures and ensured customer satisfaction with each transaction.

Plan and implement digital, print communications, and publications activities in support of the University's communications and external relations goals. Provides essential online media management, writing and editing support, and event management and promotion for both internal and externally-focused digital marketing and website efforts. Monitor and engage with potential stakeholders across multiple social media channels. Develop, maintain, and edit content calendars for each social media platform. Create and archive student-centric communication creating relevant content and media for marketing and communication efforts with stakeholders. Curate and manage the University monthly newsletter and blog.
