-Lead organization-wide Quality Improvement, Risk Management, and Compliance programs aligned with FQHC, HIPAA, COA, and HRSA standards. -Direct compliance activities, audits, medical records management, and staff/Board training programs to ensure regulatory adherence.

Provided statewide technical assistance and program oversight for federally funded HIV prevention initiatives, supporting evidence-based implementation, regulatory compliance, and federal reporting.

Collaborated with community stakeholders to lead the Community Health Assessment (CHA), strengthen strategic partnerships, and support data-driven quality improvement initiatives.
