As part of Dow’s Talent Acquisition team, I have the privilege of leading an incredible group of recruiters across North and Latin America, with a special focus on Early Career and Executive hiring. What truly motivates me is making every interaction count—whether it’s with a candidate or a stakeholder. I care deeply about creating a positive, meaningful experience throughout the entire journey, and I’m passionate about helping people feel valued and supported from day one. With over nine years in Talent Acquisition, I’ve been lucky to collaborate with amazing teams across the company—not just in recruiting, but also in onboarding earlier in my career.
