Founded and led a 501(c)(3) nonprofit connecting girls from under-resourced communities with women professionals in STEM, law, and business. Through mentorship and career guidance from 20+ industry professionals, the organization has empowered 200+ girls to envision and pursue ambitious career paths. Competition economics & antitrust law researcher at the Thurman Arnold Project (TAP) at Yale School of Management, conducting analysis under the advisement of Professor Fiona Scott Morton.

Led a 9-week program that empowers young women to explore professional fields and launch community-focused leadership projects. I supported the development of the “Leadership in Professional Fields: STEM & Business” session, coordinated guest speakers, and facilitated workshops and discussions to promote mentorship and career exploration.

Developed an investment thesis on a healthcare subsector through company analysis, market mapping, and a detailed subsector summary. Conducted in-depth research on the microcap and lower middle market landscape to inform investment strategy and created investor prospect materials to articulate the firm’s sector focus and timing. Additionally supported operations through administrative and outreach work, including managing deal flow logs, planning an alumni event, scheduling meetings, and maintaining internal documentation.

Advised 50 students on internship readiness and secured a 100% placement rate in desired nonprofit roles. Presented the program to 70+ superintendents at the AASA conference and 22 education leaders at the Ohio Education Fair, expanding its reach and credibility. Organized and supported “Business Breakfast” networking events, successfully recruiting 40+ community business partners and 150+ students to foster meaningful connections between local businesses and emerging talent.

Led practices focused on mastering new plays, elevating team skills, and building strong camaraderie to sustain cohesion during high-pressure seasons. Served as the primary liaison between coaches and players, ensuring clear communication and alignment on team goals and strategy. Helped guide the lacrosse program to two state semifinal appearances.

Researched and prepared materials for a course on race and punishment at the University of Cincinnati Law School, taught by the organization’s CEO. Gained hands-on exposure to the intersection of law, social justice, and policy reform—deepening my commitment to advocating for marginalized communities.

Assisted in data collection for a study examining how medical professionals use obesity metrics when assessing patient health, and reviewed and cleaned survey data for research on mental health across diverse racial and ethnic groups.

Drafted and successfully lobbied resolutions to provide free bus passes for youth traveling to career-related activities and to develop a toolkit for businesses aimed at expanding job and career opportunities for local youth.
