Promptly and warmly responding to customer and interoffice phone calls and e-mails. Maintain sales department appointments. Coordinate and process customer payments, and customer accounts.

Engage consumers using social media outreach and word-of-mouth to drive sales and promote events. Responsible for organizing a list of attendees for each event. Build rapport with consumers to ensure future attendance, as well as build positive internal relations with other employees to ensure consistency in the information delivered to the public. Assists with overseeing promotional activities and maintaining consumer satisfaction on location.

Effectively communicate and promote social events (charity events/fundraisers) to the student body through social media outreach and in-person ticket sales to generate awareness and donations.

Conducted the preliminary round of proofreading/editing to determine whether the article submission is adequate for the journal, then pass along good submissions to graduate editors for further consideration. Consulted and actively communicate edits and changes with a partner, then the editor-in-chief. Constant, professional communication with authors of submissions through e-mail to ensure the editing process is efficient, and the proposed changes will be made by the author.

Worked with the senior designer in developing graphic design and packaging layout plans using Adobe Illustrator. Through verbal communication, assisted with copywriting content (ie. slogans) found in advertisements. This resulted in effective layout designs for products. Represented the company in a professional manner by communicating with clients through phone calls and emails to schedule meetings, keep up with deadlines, and ensure overall client satisfaction

Promote the clients' brands and products in-person while on location to build a brand presence. In charge of driving sales, and creating an exceptional guest experience through experiential marketing with the brand. Involves the following: * Stocking in vehicles into computer system and garage registrar * Developing strong dealer trade relationships with other dealerships * Locating necessary vehicles for sold orders using dealer trade relationships and working closely with management * Recording vehicle sales and purchases * Create interdealership vehicle bill of sales with accurate charges and options * Preparing appropriate documentation required for cheque requisitions and invoicing * Assure completion of quality delivery checklists * Arrange pick ups and drop offs of vehicles between dealerships
