I work at the Aurora Hospital in the outpatient pharmacy and what we do for our patients is amazing. I'm always willing to go out there and help others out. At the outpatient we fill prescriptions for patients who are being discharged after a couple days of staying there and then we deliver them their prescriptionsite to them if they want us to, so that way it's one less stop for them to do before getting home. Another thing that we do is we get same day surgeries/PACU, and we get those prescriptions ready as well for the patients well their in recovery and their family member or whoever is with them comes and picks up their prescription. I know when people aren'the feeling their best they are crabby, but I usually get this patients to smile at the end of their visit only because I care and say I hope you feel better soon.
