•Ensuring timely and accurate processing of apparel, general merchandise and food using purchase orders and invoices using an internal system called Store Inventory Management (SIM). •Providing seamless customer service by accurately processing customer online orders through In-Store Fulfilment (ISF) and Click & Collect. •Provided administrative support by checking inventory stock levels, cycle counts and processed any changes to stock from buyers and/or suppliers. •Liaised with suppliers and third-party logistic companies regarding debt and credit of inventory
