I’m an education leader with over 12 years of experience developing programmes that celebrate culture, elevate student achievement, and build vibrant school communities. As Head of Emirati & Community Engagement, I design and lead initiatives that highlight UAE heritage, nurture student pride, and connect families, staff, and learners. I also lead the delivery of Social Studies in the Arabic language, ensuring students gain a rich understanding of their history and values while strengthening their Arabic proficiency. My portfolio has included championing sustainability across the school, guiding students and staff to adopt eco-friendly practices and embedding environmental awareness into daily learning. I’m passionate about turning ideas into impactful projects — from innovative curricula and teacher training to large-scale cultural and sustainability events.
