Responsibilities: § Subordinates: 11persons § Materials planning management: Pull in materials according to sales order and forecast. 100% support the production’s demands and achieve customer’s delivery. Weekly materials schedule in order to reduce high inventory and improve cash flow. Issue materials purchasing order and the next several weeks’ forecast. Monitor and audit the suppliers’ performance. § Warehouse management: Keep appropriate stock level according to sales forecast; cooperate with production planners to achieve accurate inventory control. Pull system in warehouse and keep materials supply to production timely. Setup necessary procedure to ensure safety of warehouse people, materials and facility. § Shipping / Customs management and development: Monitor forwarder/ broker and coordinate with 3PL vendors.
