I have been in the Broadcast Industry for 44 years, starting in Radio and moving to TV. Many accomplishments in my career including the digital conversion, FCC repack, construction and technical integration of a brand new broadcast facility and the remodel/rebuild of two more. I currently work for a Broadcast Group and have been with the same group of stations since late 2015. After being in the business for so long as Engineers, we learn what works, what does not, and of course what will make it more cost-effective.
